How can I book a service?

What are the accepted payment methods?

• Cash (in euro only)

• Advance bank transfer

• Credit card or POS (directly on board or prior to the trip)

Where do I meet the driver?

All our transfers include the welcome service. If landing at the Airport of Olbia Costa Smeralda, the driver will wait at the arrivals with a sign bearing the guest’s name. Should there be any concern, please contact the number +39078924999 to swiftly make arrangements to meet you.

What happens if my flight is late?

Through flight monitoring systems, our office will be able to inform the driver, who will be there at the new arrival time.

Do I have to pay a surcharge if the driver has to wait for me due to a flight delay?

As outlined, if your flight is delayed, the driver will be informed of the new arrival time and will wait for you then. You will not have to pay a supplement for the driver waiting for you in this case.

Can you smoke in the vehicle during a transfer service?

No, smoking is not allowed onboard throughout the transfer service.
